We have used Steve for tap replacements, toilet repairs, leaks, central heating repairs and boiler replacement. All jobs have been carried out promptly, efficiently and at a good price.
Steve and Lee took out the old boiler, fitted a new one, fitted radiator thermostats, removed the old gas fire and replaced it with a modern electric fire and surround, all in one day as was promised and at a very reasonable price. They were professional, courteous, friendly and very tidy.

Recently Steve removed our ancient cast iron boiler, hot water tank and header tanks, installed a new combi boiler with Magna Clean and fitted radiator thermostatic valves. Despite being let down by his helper and encountering unforeseen problems, the new boiler was up and running on day one. Under the circumstances we would have been satisfied with it working the next day but he was determined we wouldn't be without heat and water that night. He worked almost non stop for nearly fourteen hours! Clearly

The staff were professional, courteous, friendly and very tidy. On occasions when I have had to call them out for an emergency, they attended promptly and at unsociable hours with no complaints.
