ALL of these will give good heating results (radiators, house size dependant) but the big difference is hot water flow. avoid being under powered on your hot water and radiators, you will not buy another boiler for years to come. so get the best!
ALL combi boilers must have thermostatic valves fitted to appropriate radiators (called zone control) AND a hall/room stat to meet current standards.
